What We Don't Do

We believe in being transparent about what our organization offers—and what we don't.

TheraPetic Solutions is an educational and advocacy organization. We do not:

  • Sell registrations or certifications — There is no legitimate federal registration requirement for service animals. We educate people about this fact.
  • Provide clinical mental health treatment — We offer referrals to licensed providers, but we are not a treatment facility.
  • Write ESA letters — Legitimate ESA documentation must come from a licensed mental health provider who has an established patient relationship with you.
  • Train service dogs — We provide educational resources about training but are not a training organization.
  • Provide legal advice — Our advocates can share educational information, but for legal advice, we refer to disability rights attorneys.

Our focus is free education and community support—helping you understand your rights and connect with appropriate resources.
